10月も半ばになり、もうすっかり秋ですね！
季節の変わり目は身体を壊しやすいので、お体にはお気をつけください！
そんな今日、10月16日ですが、ボスの日です！
ボスの日ってなに？って思われる方がほとんどだと思います。
名前の通り、職場の従業員が日ごろの感謝を込めて、ボス(上司）を称える日だそうです！
アメリカから発祥で世界中に広まっているらしいのですが、あまり日本ではまだ浸透している会社の方が多いかもしれませんね！
そもそもなぜ、制定されたのでしょうか？
それはあるアメリカ人女性が、会社を経営する父親とその部下の間でひと悶着あったそうでそれの解決案としてボスの日を作ろうとなり、その案を米商工会議所に持ち込んだところ
他の会社にも部下と上司の間に不穏な空気はあったようで、この彼女の父親思いなところから、【ボスの日】誕生につながったようです！
日ごろ、お世話になっている上司に感謝する機会というのは、あまりないおもうのでこういったボスの日を機に感謝してみるのもいいかもしれません！
